1. Vì những nhu cầu sinh hoạt khác nhau cho từng lứa tuổi, Liên Đoàn được chia thành những ngành sau đây:
a- Ngành Ấu: 6-11 tuổi
b- Ngành Thiếu: 11-18 tuổi
c – Ngành Kha: 14-21 tuổi
d- Ngành Tráng: 21 tuổi trở lên
2. Em chỉ coi như là một người khách viếng thăm đoàn trong 2 tuần đầu trước khi chính thức sinh hoạt với đoàn.
3. Niên liễm mỗi năm là $50.00 sẽ được thâu vào cuôí tháng 9 mỗi năm. Nếu em gia nhập đoàn sau tháng 6, tiền niên liễm sẽ là $30.00.
4. Đồng phục phải có sau khi chính thức sinh hoạt với đoàn được 1 tháng.
5. Cần phải có phụ huynh hoặc người đỡ đầu trên 21 tuổi dẫn vào đoàn nếu em dưới 18 tuổi.
6. Điền đơn ghi danh với hội Hướng Đạo Hoa Kỳ sau khi chính thức sinh hoạt.
7. Phải chấp nhận và tuân theo những nội quy của đoàn.
1. Since the needs are different for each age group, the Liên Đoàn Bạch Đằng decided to separate our members into the following group:
a- Boy/Girl Scout: 6-11 years of age
b- Boy & Girl Scout: 11-18 years of age
c- Venturing Scout: 14-21 years of age
c- Rover Scout: 21 or older years of age
2. You will be treated as a welcoming guest for the first 2 weeks before you officially become an active Scout.
3. The annual registration fee is $50.00 which will be collected by the end of September. If you join after June, the annual registration fee will be $30.00.
4. A complete Scout uniform is required after 1-month of officially joining Liên Đoàn Bạch Đằng.
5. If you are a minor, under 18 years of age, you need to have your parents or guardian who is at least 21 years old to bring you to Liên Đoàn Bạch Đằng at the very first day of joining.
6. Complete the Boy Scout of America registration form when you officially become an active scout.
7. Scouts must accept and comply with Liên Đoàn Bạch Đằng Regulation.
